Higher compensation for Postbank shares?

In the judicial review proceeding with regard to the domination agreement with Deutsche Postbank AG, the court appointed appraiser, Prof. Dr. Christian Aders (ValueTrust), estimates EUR 29.74 to be an adequate compensation for a Postbank share.
