The squeeze-out resolution has been filed with the commercial register
(Amtsgericht Hagen) on 25 July 2013. With the registration, the main shareholder, Beauty Holding Two GmbH, has
become the sole shareholder of DOUGLAS HOLDING AG, Frankfurt am main. Several minority shareholders have announced
to initiate a judicial review of the compensation of EUR 38.00 offered by Beauty Holding Two GmbH.
